The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sheffield with convenient access to shops and entertainment. The rooms may feel small initially, but upgrading provided a more comfortable experience. The friendly and patient reception staff added to the positive side, except for occasional noise issues when windows were open.

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were clean and tidy, albeit smaller than what I'm used to; however, they had everything I needed.
